I bought the GM MDI 2 package from you last week. I installed the MDI manager software that you sent me with the hard drive, but when I tried to connect the MDI device it prompted me to restore the MDI software because the one you sent me is out of date. So when I try to update the GM MDI device I get an error every time. And in the end the device disconnects automatically after a few seconds and I can’t do anything with it. I can no longer connect and the device seems dead.
I made several attempts to update/recover the MDI device but with no luck.
